The first step to cooking a fruit pizza is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Start with a 14-inch pizza pan and line the bottom with 1/8-inch slices of cookie dough slightly overlapping. Place the pizza pan in the oven and let it bake for 12 minutes. After the 12 minutes are up or the dough is light brown you may remove it from the oven and place it on a wire rack to cool. In a medium size bowl, mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and or whipped cream and beat till well blended. The amount of ingredients used should be completely by taste so make sure you try it first before adding anymore. For the fruit pizza you can add a variety of different fruits including:
